Lord Jesus Christ: Born of Divine Spirit
The birth of Lord Jesus Christ was unlike any other in human history. His coming into the world was not through the ordinary union of man and woman, but through the eternal working of the Divine Spirit. The Divine Spirit was His Father, and the Holy Spirit was His Mother. This mystery of divine birth reveals to us the unshakable truth that Jesus Christ was not merely flesh, but the embodiment of heavenly purity.
The Divine Spirit as His Father
The Divine Spirit, eternal and uncreated, brought forth the holy Son into this world. This Fatherhood was not carnal but spiritual. The Divine Spirit planted the seed of eternal life, ensuring that the Lord Jesus was untouched by sin, untouched by worldly corruption, and forever holy. He came forth as the Light of the world, born in holiness and clothed with divine truth.
The Holy Spirit as His Mother
Just as a mother nourishes, comforts, and brings forth life, the Holy Spirit fulfilled the role of spiritual motherhood in the birth of Christ. The Holy Spirit covered the holy womb of Mary, sanctifying it, and manifested the Son of God into human form. This motherhood of the Spirit represents divine nurturing, purity, and guidance, making the birth of Jesus Christ an act of divine love.
The Divine Mystery of His Birth
The birth of Jesus Christ is not to be understood in human terms but in divine revelation. His existence was neither created nor made by earthly hands; He was born of Spirit—pure, holy, and eternal. His body became the holy dwelling place of divine words, and His life became the eternal testimony of God’s love for mankind.
Conclusion
The coming of Lord Jesus Christ was not the work of flesh but the work of Spirit. Born of the Divine Spirit as His Father and the Holy Spirit as His Mother, He entered the world as the eternal Son, full of truth, light, and salvation. To believe in His divine birth is to embrace the mystery of God’s love, a love that reaches beyond human comprehension and offers eternal life to all who believe.
